We nip problems in the bud when it comes to our employee and employer relations. We truly value our human resources. We really take seriously the “human” in human resources. I know what it is like to work for companies that have little regard for anything about their employees. I have even managed at companies where they promote an us and them culture between management and the regular rank and file employees. That is no way to do business.
